    Our founder, Mr. B, was born the son of a shoe merchant, grandson of a cobbler and believed in more than just selling shoes. His eponymous line of shoes made its debut on six feet of department store shelf space in 1972 and in 1978, the first ALDO freestanding store opened its door in Montreal, a city he fell in love with. Ever since, he was always determined to create a new kind of business.

Returned and never refunded ,

Cheap and plasticky looking shoes not worth the money. I wanted to send them back but my refund request was rejected because there has been some kind of administrative change over at Aldo and they won’t refund anything bought before 28th of Feb. I double checked the returns policy and did not see this stated. It should’ve been made much clearer. Only solace in this appalling customer service is that I bought them on sale for 15 quid so haven’t wasted the money buying at full price.
