We’ve partnered with Swap Protect to offer added protection when you shop with ALDO. Simply add Swap Protect at checkout. If your order does not arrive in good condition, we will arrange a replacement or refund once your claim has been reviewed.
HOW IT WORKS
01. ORDER & PROTECT
Add Swap Protect at checkout. The cost is calculated based on your basket total. If you choose not to include it, you can remove it before completing your purchase.
02. TRACK YOUR ORDER
Follow your delivery using the tracking link provided. If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, Swap Protect may be able to assist.
03. MAKE A CLAIM
If something goes wrong, you can submit a claim through the Swap Protect portal. Provide your order details and follow the guided steps for review.

Frequently asked questions
How do I add Swap Protect to my order?
Swap Protect is added at checkout. You can remove it from your basket before completing your order if you do not want it.
How long do I have to make a claim?
If your shipment is marked “Delivered” but not received, please allow X days before submitting your claim.
For parcels presumed lost (not marked “Delivered”), please allow X days from the last tracking update before making a claim.
All claims must be submitted within X days of the date you placed your order.
Swap Protect added by mistake?
No problem at all. You can remove it from your basket at checkout.
