What is the policy for returns?

Online Returns and Refunds

• You may return online orders for a postage fee of £3.95 via our returns centre. 
• Orders must be returned in the original package and in a saleable unused condition within 14 days of the date on your proof of purchase, the “Due date” with the exception of items noted below.
• We guarantee to refund items when you return them in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, before the Due Date.  
• ALDO reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the Due Date or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received. 
• You will receive your refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned item. 
• If your item is faulty, please contact customer service in the first instance via email support@aldo-shoes.co.uk.
• In the interest of hygiene, earrings, jewellery, hair accessories, insoles, swimwear, cosmetics, and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.

For goods purchased on or prior to 12th April 2024

Refunds cannot be given for goods purchased on or before 12th April 2024. For any refunds processed but not paid as at this date, customers should contact their card issuer.

For cash refunds not processed the customer must lodge a claim with the Joint Administrators please visit www.ips-docs.com/case/R0105/R0105x and log in using the following details:
