Returns

Returns Policy

  • Orders placed online cannot be refunded in store. You may always return online orders free of charge via our returns centre.
  • We guarantee to refund items when you return them in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of your purchase. ALDO reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 30-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.
  • You will receive your refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • If you item is faulty, please contact customer service in the first instance on support@aldo-shoes.co.uk.
  • In the interest of hygiene, earrings, jewellery, sunglasses, hair accessories, insoles, swimwear, cosmetics, and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.

Exchange Policy

  • Orders placed online can be exchanged in store within 30 days and if the item is in stock.
  • Orders can only be exchanged once. After this, the transaction is final and cannot be exchange a further time.
  • We will exchange items when presented in store in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of your purchase. ALDO reserves the right to refuse any items after the 30-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.
  • In the interest of hygiene, earrings, jewellery, sunglasses, hair accessories, insoles, swimwear, cosmetics, and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refund of already exchanged items.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Online Order


You may return online orders free via Royal Mail.

To initiate your return, visit our Return Centre and simply put in your order number and email address to start a return request. Your order will then appear, and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click submit and we will send you a Royal Mail label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.


Store Purchase


Our standard returns policy for store purchases is 30 days. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. We guarantee to refund or exchange, unworn items, returned in a sellable condition with original receipt and packaging. Aldo reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these terms & conditions.


In the interest of hygiene earrings, insoles, swimwear, cosmetics, socks, hats and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.

If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card, you should see your refund within 5-10 business days from the date your refund has been processed. However, it could take up to 30 days for your refund to reach your banking institution. A PayPal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the processing date.
