Online Return Policy

Purchases and orders placed online cannot be returned in store. You may always return online orders free of charge via courier. We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of your purchase. ALDO reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 30-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.

A few exceptions...

  • In the interest of hygiene, earrings, jewellery, sunglasses, hair accessories, insoles, swimwear, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Online Policy

You may return online orders free via courier. Purchases and orders placed online cannot be returned in store.

To initiate your return, visit our Return Centre and simply put in your order number and email address to start a return request. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click submit and we will send you a Royal Mail label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Retail Store Policy

Our standard returns policy for store purchases is 30 days. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. We guarantee to refund or exchange, unworn items, returned in a sellable condition with original receipt and packaging. Aldo reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these terms & conditions.

In the interest of hygiene earrings, insoles, swimwear, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.

If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 5-10 business days from the processing date, however it could take up to 10 days for your refund to reach your banking institution. A Paypal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the processing date.
