How To Use ALDO UK Store Credit

How can I use my Store Credit?
Customers can use store credit at checkout when they're logged into their customer account on our online store. Here's how it works:

1. Account access
Customers must be logged into their customer account to use store credit - this requires you to use the same email address that the store credit was applied to. You can also view your store credit balance in their account details.

2. At checkout
When you have store credit available and are logged in, the store credit value displays in the "Store credit" section at checkout. You can select "Apply store credit" to use it as a payment method.

(The store credit section is usually displayed above the payment options at checkout.)

3. Usage restrictions
Customers must use their full store credit amount - you can't apply partial amounts. Alternatively, if the credit exceeds the order total, the full order amount is covered, and the remaining balance stays on the account.
