You should receive an order confirmation immediately upon making your purchase. If you have not received one, please log into your account and check you used the correct email address. Sometimes the confirmation email gets filtered into your junk folder, please check there.
You will receive a tracking number, if you have a fully registered account, once your order has been dispatched. Orders are aimed dispatched within 3-5 working days.
We are currently dispatching Yodel standard which delivers within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
